Vinit K. Asar

President and Chief Executive Officer, Hanger, Inc.

Vinit K. Asar is Hanger's President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of our Board of Directors. He assumed the role in May 2012. 

Vinit joined Hanger as Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer in December 2008 and served as our Chief Operating Officer and President from September 2011 – May 2012. Before joining Hanger, he worked in the medical device and diagnostic sector at Johnson & Johnson, working specifically with the Ethicon, Ethicon-Endo-Surgery, Cordis and Biosense Webster franchises. During his nearly twenty-year career at Johnson & Johnson, Vinit held various roles in finance, product development, manufacturing, and marketing and sales in the United States and Europe.

Vinit holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Aquinas College and a Master of Business Administration from Lehigh University.

Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, Hanger, Inc.

Gabrielle B. Adams is Hanger's Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, having assumed the role in April 2017. Gabrielle joined Hanger as Vice President, Accounting in February 2015. Prior to joining, Gabrielle served as Chief Financial Officer at the Texas Bankers Association, a trade association supporting the banking industry in Texas. Earlier in her career, Gabrielle served in various roles of increasing responsibility at EZCorp, Inc., including the role of Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, Director of Internal Audit and Assistant Controller. 

Gabrielle holds a degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.

James H. Campbell

Senior Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer, Hanger, Inc.

James H. Campbell is Hanger’s Senior Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer, having assumed the role in October 2018. Previously, he held the position of Chief Clinical Officer since joining Hanger in 2015. Prior to joining Hanger, James spent 17 years with Becker Orthopedic and has 40 years of experience in the Orthotics and Prosthetics profession with distinction in leadership and research. James is a named inventor on 5 issued US Patents, and has served on the Board of Directors of the American Orthotic and Prosthetic Association (AOPA) as well as the American Academy of Orthotists & Prosthetists (AAOP), from which he received the Distinguished Practitioner Award in February 2013. James is a Certified Orthotist, a Fellow of the AAOP, and a member of the International Society for Prosthetics & Orthotics.

James holds a Higher Diploma in Prosthetics and Orthotics and a PhD in Bio-Engineering from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland.

Mitchell D. Dobson

Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, Hanger, Inc.

Mitchell D. Dobson is Hanger’s Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, having assumed the role in October 2018. Mitchell has been with Hanger for 24 years, and most recently served as the Vice President and Compliance Officer for Hanger’s patient care segment. He previously held various compliance and regulatory-related roles within Hanger. Mitchell is also a certified prosthetist/orthotist, and practiced as a clinician for more than a decade. He is currently a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists.

Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Science in Prosthetics and Orthotics from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas and a Certificate in Healthcare Compliance from The George Washington University.

Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, Hanger, Inc.

Thomas E. Hartman is Hanger's Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. He was appointed Senior Vice President in 2015 and Secretary in 2014, and has served as General Counsel since 2009. Tom joined Hanger in 2009 from Foley & Lardner, LLP where he was a partner in their Business Law Department. His practice at Foley focused on securities transactions, securities law compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Prior to joining Foley, Tom was a business law associate at Jones Day. 

Tom holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (industrial and operations engineering) from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Keri L. Jolly

Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Hanger, Inc.

Keri L. Jolly is Hanger's Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, having assumed the role in June 2018. Prior to joining Hanger, Keri served as a former HR Senior Vice President in the healthcare space for Baylor, Scott & White Health and has held previous CHRO roles for both Global Power Equipment Group and Vertex Group. In her prior roles, Keri has led her teams to significant improvements in HR technology systems, compensation and benefits, leadership development, and talent acquisition and retention, while driving cultural change to improve employee experience.

Keri holds a Master of Business Administration with an HR concentration from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Business and HR Management from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, MN.

Thomas E. Kiraly

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer​, Hanger, Inc.

Thomas E. Kiraly has been Hanger's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since January 2015. Prior to joining Hanger, Tom served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Sheridan Healthcare, Inc., a provider of anesthesia, radiology, emergency department and neonatology services, from 2013 to 2014. From 1999 to 2011, Tom served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Concentra, Inc., a provider of urgent care, occupational health care and other health care services. After Concentra's acquisition by Humana, Inc. in 2010, Tom transitioned to the position of Vice President of Finance for Humana, and was responsible for corporate financial forecasting, analysis, internal reporting and accounting operations. Tom also previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of BRC Holdings, Inc., from 1988 to 1999. 

Tom holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from California State University, Northridge.

Samuel M. Liang leads Hanger's patient care segment and is President of Hanger Clinic, having assumed the role in September 2014. Prior to joining Hanger, Sam was a Senior Vice President with Bayer HealthCare where he served as President and CEO of MEDRAD, Inc. and Head of the Radiology and Interventional business. Earlier in his career, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Vascular Therapies, LLC, a start-up company that created a combination drug and device product for vascular surgery. Sam also held numerous senior leadership positions in his 24 year career with Cordis Corporation, a Johnson & Johnson company. 

Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Material Sciences from Duke University, and a master's degree in management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Executive Vice President, Corporate Services and Chief Information Officer, Hanger, Inc.

C. Scott Ranson is Hanger's Executive Vice President, Corporate Services and Chief Information Officer, having assumed the role in May 2018. He joined Hanger as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer in July 2015. Prior to joining Hanger, Scott served for 14 years as the Chief Information Officer for Brookdale Senior Living Inc., a publicly traded senior housing solution provider. Earlier in his career, Scott served as the Director of Software for Marketing Specialists Company, where he led the successful implementation of an ERP system and e-commerce strategies, and as Vice President of IT for Atlas Marketing Company, Inc. 

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Information Systems from Ashland University.

​Jay C. Wendt

President, Products & Services Segment, Hanger, Inc.

Jay C. Wendt is President of Hanger's Products and Services segment, having assumed this role in July 2018.  He joined Hanger in November 2011 as Zone Vice President for Hanger Clinic's West Zone.  Prior to joining Hanger, Jay served in multiple Region and Division Vice President roles for Apria Healthcare, a leading provider of home respiratory services and certain medical equipment, from 2004 to 2011.  Earlier in his career, Jay served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Home Care Supply, LLC, a regionally based provider of home respiratory and certain medical equipment, formerly based in Beaumont, Texas. 

Jay holds a Master of Business Administration from Baylor University and Bachelor's degrees in Healthcare Administration and Respiratory Therapy from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX.
